WHAT IS THE DATE?

Please let Fiona know the exact DATE for your barn dance or ceilidh, or a few possible dates if it's not yet finalised. It's impossible to check the availability of a band and caller without a date!

WHAT AND WHERE IS THE VENUE?

Name and address or at least the approximate location of your chosen venue, and whether the dance will be held INDOORS in a hall or hotel etc, or in a converted FUNCTION BARN or in a *MARQUEE or *FARM BARN or *OUTDOORS.
*If the dance is taking place in a marquee, farm barn, or outdoors, there are a number of very important aspects which will need to be discussed - i.e. flooring, space, power source, lighting and heating requirements. So do please make this clear to Fiona when you first contact her.

WHAT IS THE OCCASION?

Is it a wedding, birthday, anniversary, church or School PTA social, charity fund raiser, a corporate or public event or party?

IS IT A SURPRISE PARTY?

If you are planning a barn dance or ceilidh as a surprise for a friend or family member, please let Fi know so that the surprise isn’t blown by mistake by a ‘phone call or email!

DO YOU HAVE AN APPROXIMATE BUDGET?

This is not a trick question – everyone has a different idea of costs, and some people have more to spend than others. Giving Fiona an approximate idea of your budget speeds up the booking process, as she can offer the best possible option in your price bracket.
